Shopping with LoopLiora Crochet

These terms explain the use of our store and the purchase of our digital crochet resources.

Digital products

You are purchasing digital files or access to digital resources, not a finished garment, yarn or tools. Before ordering, read the product description for the included files, language, crochet terminology, sizing, skill level and any video guidance. Where images are identified as generated design mockups, they are illustrations; finished results can vary.

Orders and payment

Check your order and email address before completing payment. The currency, price and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Keep your order confirmation for support requests.

Delivery and access

Follow the instructions supplied with your order. Some products use a PDF access guide linking to resources on Google Drive. You need internet access and a device capable of opening PDF files. See our digital delivery policy for more information.

Using the files

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of copyright in the pattern, photographs or other supplied content. Do not redistribute, upload for public download or resell the digital files without permission from the rights holder. Follow any additional usage information supplied with the individual pattern.

Problems with an order

If a file is inaccessible, incorrect or not as described, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can review it. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
